In the beautiful Willamette Valley, you're in the heart of Oregon's wine country! 1 hour from the beach & mountains, 45 minutes south of Portland, just 1 1/2 hours from the rugged beauty of the Oregon high desert and and in as little as 10 minutes be experiencing a leisurely tour of wineries that abound among the rolling hills of the Willamette Valley. Not to mention, of course, the medical community here is well rounded and diverse with a full range of services. You will want to call this home! Excellent schools, affordable view homes, golf courses, great family-oriented lifestyle with a multitude of outdoor activities all year long! Most of the positions I post are with our members in their independent private practices. WVP Health Authority offers assistance with recruitment as a free service to our members. Our members are throughout Marion and Polk counties; therefore, while most of the opportunities are in Salem, some are in the smaller towns that are 20 to 30 minutes from Salem.
Company History
WVP Health Authority (Independent Physician Association for Marion and Polk Counties) started out in the mid-1970s to assist physicians in negotiations with insurance companies. The IPA has grown to include many services for our communities from healthcare to mentor programs to healthy living classes.
