Nephrologist Opportunity – Full-Time & Part-Time Options Available

Join a physician-owned and physician-led organization providing comprehensive renal care to underserved and rural communities across the United States. We are seeking nephrologists interested in a flexible practice model combining onsite clinical care with telehealth-supported coverage.
This team partners with hospitals and healthcare systems to deliver inpatient nephrology services, acute dialysis, and comprehensive outpatient care through a collaborative care model supported by advanced practice providers and technology-enabled telehealth platforms.

Practice Structure
- Growing CKD and ESRD patient populations
- Typically 1–2 clinic locations and 1–3 dialysis centers per site
- Single affiliated hospital per location
- Average inpatient census of 5–10 patients per day

The group currently operates in seven states and continues to expand, with additional locations planned this year. The organization is committed to improving access to nephrology care while providing physicians with a sustainable and flexible practice environment.
Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in internal medicine and nephrology
- Completion of an accredited residency and fellowship program
- J1 sponsorship may be available for some locations
