Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Diseases- Outpatient Kidney
Join our team of Transplant Surgeons, Hepatologists, Nephrologists, Advanced Practitioners, and House Staff at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center! We're seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to co-manage kidney transplant and live donor kidney patients in our teaching facility.
What You'll Do:
Under the direction of an attending physician, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive preoperative, postoperative, and medical care in the outpatient setting, including:
- Formulating and implementing diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies.
- Consulting on nephrology and transplant patients.
- Prescribing and dispensing medications.
- Providing educational counseling for patients and families.
- Offering inpatient consult coverage as needed.

Qualifications:
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid Massachusetts license and appropriate certification.
- Must possess and maintain, or be eligible for, Mass DPH Controlled Substance registration and DEA registration.
- At least one year of Advanced Practice experience is required (three years preferred).
Pay Range: $133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
